Emanuel Orlando

Mr. Orlando cultivated his legal skills at the New York blue chip law firm of Kaye Scholer, LLP. There, he gained rigorous transactional experience working on production agreements involving high profile entertainment companies. On the corporate side, Mr. Orlando provided legal assistance in the formation and day-to-day corporate matters for international private equity funds and wind energy development companies. On the startup scene, Mr. Orlando has successfully represented entrepreneurs launching companies in the industries of internet, consumer products and fashion— handling everything from LLC company formation, to intellectual property counseling and protection, to distribution and licensing agreements, consulting and master services agreements, and private placement memoranda. Mr. Orlando began his legal career at the boutique law firm of Hamrick & Evans where he represented international cosmetics companies in trademark matters and distribution arrangements. He also began his legal career in litigation where Mr. Orlando wrote legal briefs, took depositions, aided in pre-trial preparation and second-chaired a bench trial to successful verdict.

Mr. Orlando graduated from Loyola Law School where he was a senior editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. Prior to law school, Emanuel attended Princeton University graduating with departmental honors and thereafter worked for a successful internet consulting firm and major entertainment talent agency.
